Brown sugar chicken thighs with brown sugar carrots and wild rice.

I made a white bean and ground turkey chili with an added cup of chopped parsley. Full of protein and fiber. I don’t like too much chili so I used a minimum amount of it just to add more flavor. You can also add a tablespoon of miso to add umami flavor.

Grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup.

Dinner…is breakfast. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, air-fried spiced potatoes. With cinnamon rolls for dessert.

Spicy tomato & roasted pepper tomato soups with baby shrimp and some spicy pepper blue corn chips crumbled like crackers. Tea.
