Help pls

So I have a 100lb+weight loss goal. I am 5’2 310lbs. I also have existing health problems that have been making me so fatigued that I can’t even do seated workouts😢. I’m also an emotional eater and lately just calorie counting is sending me into a binge😩😩😩.

Hi, and welcome. What support do you have in real life? What challenges in addition to health issues?
If calorie counting is sending you over the edge, maybe you are trying to take on too much too soon. Trying to lose too fast is usually the biggest problem and nearly all of us have had it — and have had it the multiple times we tried to lose, or tried, lost, and regained
Also, you don't have to do a workout. You can lose steadily just by cutting calories. Or you can do one brief set of exercises every hour. I have a blood clotting disorder and I need to be standing and moving a bit for a few minutes every hour. I'll do some wall push ups one time, arm circles the next. Marching steps. I've added several other things and I only do one thing per hour. Started with about 5 reps, and just walking around the house the rest of the time. Now I'm up to 50 reps of most exercises, and still walking some. By the end of the day, I've done a full work out, but I don't feel like it! :)
I'm sure others will have good ideas. Best of luck.
