    July 12: 305 lbs I was diagnosed with Covid and an ear infection on Saturday so I'm on the mend.

    July 19: 304.4 lbs

    July 26: 301.8 lbs Yay! I started exercising since I finished physical therapy after I receive that shot in my hip for arthritis.

    You're still down 2.6 pounds for the "month" (four weeks). That's over a half pound a week. At that rate, your goal will find you in eleven short weeks - just a couple months! Slow and steady. Keep sticking to it!

    July 2 (Starting Weight for this challenge): 154.6 (10-day average 154.6)
    July goal: Get below the top of maintenance weight range (153 pounds)
    Ultimate goal: Stay in maintenance range between (absolutely 140 - 153 and ideally 142-148)

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    July 12: 194.5 lbs trend weight was 193.9 lbs really struggling
    July 19: 194 lbs I will do better.

    07/20 – 187.8 πŸ’  (Trend Weight – 190.4)I was slowly bringing the numbers down this past week and then I had a big whoosh a couple of days ago. I did have a high weight day after some travel but I managed to even it all out and begin progress again. That whoosh really helped! I am feeling pretty good about the days ahead (Except for upcoming Tuesday’s long day of travel). I think I can get this number a little lower for next weigh in. I am still 2.8 lbs over my goal for this month and I really don’t think I can reach that in time for my final weigh-in on July 31st but I am going to get as close as I can.

    πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯ 07/27 – 186.2 βœ… (Trend Weight – 188.9) My weight jumped back up mid-week after my travel day and my DGS’s surgery but I’ve been slowly getting it back down. I do like the way my trend weight is dipping. I love it when it has faith in me and my future! I’m going to stick to my guns and keep at it while I have the momentum. If you are handed the ball…..Run with it! My goal for the month was 185.0. I don’t think I can lose another 1.2 lbs in the next 4 days for my final July weigh-in. Not after the drops I’ve made the past few days. But I’ll put the biggest dent I can in it and try not to self-sabotage, which is always a real danger.
