I have plateaued on loosing weight help.

I was 175lbs in February of this year and managed to reduce my weight to 152lbs in April, but unfortunately, I’ve hit a plateau. Initially, when I started my weight loss journey, my calorie intake was 1600 calories. However, in the last few months, I gradually reduced it to 1500 calories, and now I’ve reached a plateau. Despite working out every day, I’ve managed to keep my calorie intake at 1500 calories. I understand that muscle weighs more than fat, so I try not to obsess over the scale. However, it’s challenging because my weight remains constant.

For how long has your weight been the same? And is it really the same or just going down more slowly? As you get lighter your body needs less energy to function, and weightloss will be slower.
Also, do you mind sharing your stats with us? Without knowing them it's difficult to tailor an answer more.
How do you measure your food intake? Do you eat out a lot? Use a food scale?
Finally, did you workout or anything else change recently?0

you lost a lot, quickly. 23 pounds in two months or less, and that was starting from a comparatively low weight to begin with (you don’t state your height, but profile pic isn’t looking short).
First of all, you’ve been hammering it. Get a reasonable, nutritious plan in place NOW to not return to the higher weight.
Second, it’s a frustrating fact of weight loss that the closer you get to goal, the slower loss becomes.
At this point, your weekly goal should probably be a fraction of a pound. Don’t be upset. Take it as a solid “win” that you’ve gotten so close.
I’m going to guess that you’re exercising a lot, very active, lots of steps. Be sure to drill down to “nutrition” and check your 7-day net to make sure your net daily calories aren’t dangerously low.
