Good for you for being so active! Keep it up if it is maintainable.

As far as weight loss, did you input your information here to see what your daily or weekly calorie goal should be to get to your goal weight? That would be the place to start. Along with using a food scale and learning to log your food intake properly.

How long has your weight been stuck?

It takes at least 4-6 weeks (or one whole menstrual cycle for those who have them) to see the results of a new eating and activity routine. Shorter than that, fluctuations in water retention and waste in the digestive tract can distort scale results. The many-multi-week trend tells a more accurate story.

One common scenario is to see a stall early on, first week or two, then a sudden drop. Some common triggers for that - but not the only possible causes - would be starting a new or increased exercise program (because muscles retain water as they repair) and/or eating more nutrient-dense whole foods (because there tends to be more fiber so more waste in the digestive tract).

If you've only been at this for a short time - this specific calorie level, exercise routine, and general food choices - then stick with it until you have at least a 4-6 week/one menstrual cycle track record.

Beyond that time span, the questions in the post above are relevant, because we'd need more info to help you figure out what's going on. We'd also maybe have more insight if you told us your demographic info, like current weight, height, age, and how active your job/home life are.

The amount of exercise you are doing won’t impact weight loss if you’re not at a caloric deficit.
