Menopausal and Semaglutide

I am a disabled veteran going through menopause due to surgical treatment for feminine issues. Currently I am extremely limited on physical activity due to a major injury to my right arm and arthritis in my left hip. I have been consistently logging in and tracking my food intake for 2 years as of today. I have been a member of MFP for many years. I have lost weight in the past. But gained some back during COVID and since. I'm really struggling with losing weight right now between whacked out hormones and injuries. I have been considering looking at a Semaglutide treatment plan through a medical weight loss center. Has anyone else had success with this while dealing with menopausal symptoms?? I'm not looking for a quick fix. I just need some additional help. I'm currently fighting for surgery for my arm and have a procedure scheduled for my hip for late July. TIA
