App Friends?

Hi All,

I haven't been in here in a long time.

I want to try using the App to track consistency (weigh & measure eating). No commitment whatsoever. Just a minimalistic tool of mutual aid. I am already familiar with a food plan.
Would I make a separate post?

    The FOOD page allows tracking of food, the EXERCISE page tracks purposeful exercise. You log your weight or weigh-ins under "Check in" and you set up your calories goals under Goals from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
