    hi Kyler.

I lost about 100, got too low, and intentionally put 25’ishback on.

For me, continuing to improve my nutrition and varying my workouts seemed to help. Weight training helped fill some of the loose skin back out, particularly on upper arms, thighs, calves.

I still have extra skin around my waist. I’ve accepted it will always hide my 6-pack, and have learned to camouflage it with high waistlines and (as a chick) Lycra leggings.

Some people talk about vitamin D or dry brushing, but frankly, they sounded like quackery to me, plus I have a strong ick about lotions and oils anyway, so I haven’t tried either. People who’ve reported back here haven’t indicated any degree of success. Maybe someone else can chime in?

I had (TMI, sorry, dude) a breast reduction about thirteen years ago, and my takeaway from that was no way is anyone ever removing anything from me again unless it’s life or death.

You’re much much younger than me and will probably have much more resilient skin than I do, starting my own loss in my late 50’s.

Unless you’re horribly self conscious about it, give it some time to bounce back for a couple years before resorting to extremes.

    Thanks Springlering!

I’m only 35 and I’ve lost 133 so far would like to lose 25 more then work on muscle building so hopefully what skin doesn’t shrink back I’ll try to fill out with muscle!
