I'm 25 years is old, my cholesterol is 6nmol/L
Hdl 1.3 and Ldl 3.8
What are the best diet plan to reduce it in 6 months ?

I admit, here in the US our usual metrics for cholesterol are different, but I think in your country's terms an HDL of 1.3 is reasonable, but LDL 3.8 is higher than you might like.
I'm going to tell you my understanding of the mainstream advice on this issue. There are some popular online influencers, including people with medical degrees, who have alternative medicine theories. I don't believe them, but others may, and may recommend them to you. Your call.
If overweight, simply losing weight will possibly help lower LDL. (It was a major factor for me.) In the diet, reducing saturated fats and eliminating trans fats (partially hydrogenated oils) are usually recommended. Prefer healthy fat sources like nuts, seeds, avocados, olive oil, fatty cold-water fish, Eating foods with high soluble fiber can help - that's things like oats, barley, beans, lentils, apples, citrus fruits, etc.). In general, increasing whole plant foods is a good thing.
On the lifestyle front, if sedentary it may help to manageably and gradually increase your aerobic exercise - anything that raises heart rate - working toward half an hour or so 5-6 days a week.
If you smoke, stop. If you drink alcohol, be very moderate or stop.
That's the usual mainstream expert advice for decreasing LDL cholesterol. Mine used to be high, is now solidly normal and has been for around 10 years now. If you have genetic factors leading to your high LDL, these things may not be enough, but they'd be a starting point.
