Looking for a fun and motivating challenge, check out the BLC! It is a 12 week challenge that encourages and supports developing healthy habits that can help you lose weight and keep it off. The challenge officially starts on Sept 3rd, so it is not too late to get in on the fun.

I am new to posting in the community groups and recently joined this challenge, where I was assigned to the Bronze Wellness group. I've bookmarked both the Bronze Wellness group and the Round 59 group.
However, I'm currently receiving a high volume of notifications from other members across various challenge groups within the BLC. I'm unsure which setting I might have activated to cause this. Could you please advise on how to stop receiving notifications from groups outside of my assigned ones?1 -

Hi! I did join that chat thread but I'm also getting notifications from all of the other chat groups and wondering if I bookmarked or followes something incorrectly. Or perhaps that's normal. Do you get notifications from all of the other groups? I have like 75 😂 and I'm afraid I'll miss a notification from my chat group.

Hi Allie @ReignFromAshes 🙋♀️. When you joined the main BLC group, you probably chose all the Notifications. You can modify that by (if you're on a laptop, these are the instructions) going to the upper right corner of the main group page. Look for "Following". Click on it, and select how you'd like to receive Notifications. Hope that helps! Cheers! ~ mk :)

BLC59 starts in less than a week but there's still time for you to join the fun. All you have to do is join the Registration Team and pick a team from the list - BLC Teams. If you're not sure of the team that would work best for you, you could always join the Spicy White Rabbits. That team will help you learn about the BLC challenges. I think of it as the team for BLC newbies.
Anyhow, I hope you'll join us. I promise you will make friends while participating in the weekly challenges.

Hello. My name is Joanna and I'm the captain of the Resolute Renegades team.
I've been doing the BLC challenges since around BLC20 and have lost about 55 pounds altogether. Like the others have said, the BLC challenges are a fun way to lose weight with friends.
I'm also the Captain of the Resolute Renegade team. If you're not sure what you need to do to lose weight then the Resolute Renegade team might be a good fit for you as we help you figure out your magic weight loss formula.
Renegades have week long challenges with the following team goals:
• Intentional Fitness Minutes (IFM) - 150 minutes per week minimum is the goal
• Strength Training (ST) - 3 ST workouts per week minimum is the goal
• and Eating on Your Food Plan (self-explanatory)There is also space for you to add 4 personal goals. Typically, these are the tasks that help with your weight loss, i.e. your magic weight loss formula.
Please note: Our team doesn't do a lot of chit chat so if you're looking for a team that does that, our team probably isn't a good fit for you.
