Same, having to readd frequent foods, taking much longer to log.

I am having the same issues. Using Android. I look forward to the program being fixed.

I'm also having this issue. This is a major problem. It makes the app virtually useless if I want to log all of my food for the day. If you haven't already, you might want to move this one to the top of your priority list.

It's getting nearly impossible to log any food via the app at this point. Please give this one more priority.

They messed up the search feature for sure. To me, it seems like it filters out what has been logged before and ONLY shows what you have never logged before the broken update. The only workaround I have right now is using the web app or going into previously logged foods and copying those or using Meals I have saved.

Still not answered.. ive filed a ticket with support, no a swerve or way to see progress on that either. Plenty of free apps and my year is coming up... since ive now basically had to start over i may as well switch apps.

Still not answered. Still no comment on how to follow up with support (ticket filed per request...) - got one response to reinstall. Nothing since... . Now that my year is coming to an end and it looks like I have to start over with my foods... guess it's time to start looking at all the free apps for tracking nutrients. Unless tbis is fixed soon I sure am not paying for it. Just today, had to change the evening meal, took me 20 minutes utes to find, recreate and scan and then guess amounts for each food to plan my day.

For some time now on the Android App 1) The my foods lists will only go down to the letter B 2) Cannot use the search function in any list 3) Recent every day foods not coming up but things from two years ago are. 4) Add a meal and some other meal populates. 5) Added a 500 calorie meal this morning, it populated it so many times it said I had 37,000 calories consumed. This is very frustrating - your status page says everything is fine! I have cleared the cache, forced stopped it, logged out and back in, rebooted the phone, uninstalled the app, rebooted, reinstalled the app, logged back in. NOTHING fixes the problem. Are you addressing this? Others are commenting on the same issues.

I've tried everything @lp721 did as well with no luck. I've also noticed that sometimes logging on the Android app shows different macros/calories in the web app? I'm stuck to using the web app on my phone for now 😔

Just came here to see if anyone else was noticing this on android. I've been having this problem for weeks. None of MY foods show up when adding. I have to go to the website to add anything. It used to work just fine in the past. Seems like it could have been fixed by now.

  • I've been having the same issues as named above since the Android app auto-updated. I've tried to wait it out because things usually get resolved after a few weeks (ahem Fitbit syncing), but they're usually not quite this disruptive. It seems that decline in functionality and user experience has overshadowed the benefits with each major update over the last ten years.
