High protein recipes and brownie recipe

Hey guys, I hope this kind of post is allowed!

Over the past few months I’ve been cooking a lot more and trying to come up with meals that are actually exciting but still hit a decent protein target (20g+ per serving). I got fed up with the usual “chicken, rice, broccoli” style meal prep, so I started testing out things like high-protein pancakes, curries, tacos, even brownies and banana bread.

It kind of snowballed and I ended up turning it into a little project — I’ve made a few eBooks with recipes:

  • Breakfasts
  • Lunches
  • Dinners
  • Baking (sweet + savoury stuff)

Each one has 10 recipes, all with proper measurements in grams/tsp/ml and full nutrition breakdowns. Nothing crazy or hard to find — just normal ingredients you’d buy anyway.

I’ve listed them on Etsy (there’s also a bundle if you want the lot), but honestly I’d love feedback more than anything — like is this something you’d actually find useful, or is it too niche? And also, if there are certain high-protein recipes you think are missing, I’d love ideas for a second edition.

Here is a sample recipe!
