I'm sticking with my morning workout minutes (before walking, skating. gym or rowing during the day) I've added a 10 minute category b/c that's all I have time for some mornings and it's better than 0 mins!

Spent Sept 1 driving back from vacation, so spent over 8 hrs in car. But today is a new day!! I'll be hitting the weights in the gym; and hopefully getting a long walk!
My goal for September: Weekly challenge: 2 days of weight training; 2 days 5K running; 2 days aerobics/Zumba class; 1 day 5 mile or longer hike!

Though I'd share my favorite in home exercise routine
After 5 years the trampoline is still doing me great. The Ellipticals don’t agree with me and my Bowflex TreadClimber hurt my knees which was an expensive purchase.
This first video is mostly all I do. If I have knee pain when bouncing, I slightly lean/twist my knees outward. I often stay busy with upper body moves and watching TV.And like this second video, I have and often use the bar for stability. I did record the 5-moves and will be adding them to my daily rebounding.

0-0Karen -I also love my rebounder - and Big D I miss my zumba classes (they moved after COVID) Going skating today without my plastic Seal sled that's been keeping me upright since April- wearing a helmet and wrist, elbow, knee guards. Wish me luck!

An AMAZING day! Was 56F when I got up so left for a walk. Husband & fur baby too. We got in 3 miles. Then as we went by house they quit & I dod another mile. It was breezy & nice. SO happy I had the energy to fo 4 miles all at one time. THAT does not happen often. I usually have to do 2 walks!
You guys are doing GREAT! THANKS for hanging in there with me! 🌹🌹🌹
