Hi everyone, I'm restarting with my fitness pal after gaining some weight again after not tracking my intake, being active enough and nearly dying in a house fire!!

I knew i was slowly putting weight back on but did not realise that i had put 10kg in 10 months until i bought some new scales after the fire. That kind of shocked me back into health mode over the weekend!

I am an aircraft engineer that is working in Saudi Arabia for the last 10 years, love cooking so that will help with my meal plans.

Looking for some friends to share the journey together and to spur each other on
