Hi @jedaschultz! Thanks so much for renewing this challenge for the Fall! I "jumped ship" last time, but since you have thrown out a virtual "life- preserver", I would love to get back on board!
I regularly weigh in on Wednesdays; so if it's okay with you, my initial weigh-in will be October 8th, with my final weigh in for this challenge on the morning of New Year's Eve.

Everyone, YES we CAN!💞
I've decided to make a head start - first day of 🍁Fall🍁 and all. Today was a good beginning for me. Below was average speed 4.06mph. LOOK at this calorie burn!

I will try to check in at least once per day, from now through the end of the challenge. Although it's not required for this group, since I have to do it for a program in on for two years, in order to stay accountable, I will post my scale pic, weight loss app stats, and key measurements each Wednesday, with before/after comparisons at the end.

Great timing for me. 1st time I’ve ever posted but use the app intermittently over the years. Thank you! I’ll put in my weekly goals now and see if I can keep to them. Will mark actual as the weeks occur. What a learning exercise this will be!

Hello! I’m planning on doing the whole 3-month challenge, but will add Nov and Dec dates as I go. Wednesdays work best for me. As far as goals, the best I’ve been able to do in the past with diet and exercise is a pound a week, and that’s with a lot of discipline and logging my food. I lost about 25 pounds in the past, but when I stopped logging, it came back.

Hi,
Well...as it stands right now, I don't think I can lose 20 pounds by the end of the year anymore (which is what Ihas been hoping for), but I'm aiming for at least TEN ponds gone by the New Year!
Because I've been slacking off lately, I have no idea of what I weigh right now. I will weigh myself this Wednesday morning, October 8th and will report all stats here, then each Wednesday thereafter, with my final report for this challenge on New Year's Eve.

🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃 10/06-185.0 ✅ (Trend Weight: 184.5) I just couldn’t seem to get full yesterday although my meals were planned and typical. Just one of those days that happen from time to time. I got thru it with no slip-ups. Whew! I hope today is easier! My weight shot up the other day after a diabetic episode of a severe sugar drop. I shoveled food in until I felt okay again. So many calories and carbs! I never handle these diabetic episodes well. I started October at 183 which is 2 lbs less than today. I’m not going to chase my tail but I may play a bit of Limbo. “How low can you go?”. Well, I know I can go lower, I’ve just got to be smart about it and make all good choices today. That’s the plan! I’m hoping today will be the start of a great week!
