My First Day on MyFitnessPal Community

Hello Everyone,

I’ve just joined the community today. I’ve been using MyFitnessPal since July 22nd, focusing on macro nutrients. I’m following the lead of Ben Azadi, who wrote Metabolic Freedom, and his YouTube videos and podcasts to keep me informed and motivated. The logging of my food with this tool has made being in range of my macro nutrients very easy. Also, it tells me my steps for the day and keeps my weight progress history. I’m open to connecting with others in this community to learn more and stay motivated. I’m doing a lot of bio-hacks along with basically a keto food plan, and everything together has given me very encouraging results. I look forward to meeting members of this community.
