the early days loss is slowing down I started back 4 weeks ago yesterday at just over 225 so I canโt complain with a 1.5 lb loss plus yesterday was a big cheat day with a homemade taco feast ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ I think I may miss the goal I was being a bit cocky. 4.1 lbs a week to do it by dec 6 is even a stretch . Headed for the gym now it is open lots of peopleโs progress here giving me a boost have a great week everyone

Ultimate goal: Stay in maintenance range between (absolutely 140 - 153 and ideally 142-148)I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

I'm now even up almost a pound for the year.

Hi everyone,
Weighing in daily is maddening! I was 153.2, then 153.4, now 153.8 again! (I think I need to keep doing it though, to help me stay on track.)
On the plus side, my left hip and right foot pain is going away, little by little, each day. I need to do some indoor exercise to bump me of this plateau, though.
