Giving myself a more protein and Fibre focus for November

I know I'm rubbish at telling myself NOT to have some things.

So I am returning here and logging foods, and noticing what I'm getting in. I am also LOW effort, low clean up, low-cost!

Protein needs to be around 65g

Eggs 7g each

Baked Beans 10g (1/2 tin 200g)

Cheese 8g (30g)

Greek Yogurt 10 g (100g)

Tofu 8 (100g)

Will add fibre to another post
