My name is Marié. I've been trying to lose weight over the last 2 months very unsuccessfully. I am hoping that with more support I can keep to my goals and programs and actually make progress

    my name is Katrina, I am 72. I have lost over 100 + pounds in my life time. In the last couple years I am struggling. I have gained 30 pounds. I am at 154 pounds at 4'11 inches my heaviest I was 225. I get upset with myself for loosing control.

    I know I should be logging food but I don't consistently .

    Today I didn't buy donuts.
    that's a reason to hope.
