    Do you eat this cold or hot??
    This may be late but usually ill wait for quinoa to cool down maybe 15 min (still warm) and toss with all ingredients. I find that the dressing sticks better when quinoa is warm. After the dressing is soaked up by quinoa i eat it cold or room temp :)
