5 supersets of Deadlifts, pull-ups and weighted twists.
And the gym challenge... Progressive sets of push-ups with a jump until failure.0 -

Zumba fitness for one hour then 100 abs and 100 push ups. nothing to crazy maybe a little jog if I havent met my 11,000 daily step goal with my fit bit0
