I think the op is referring to a product called Alli. It will flush fat! true story. You people are so mean.
Just save yourself the trouble to home remedies and get this. 100% guarantee you will literally see the fat being flushed.

Instead of "fat flush" do you mean something like a cleansing drink, like colon cleanse, or something that flushes toxins? I haven't personally done any of those, but I have a girlfriend who swears by various juice fasts and colon cleanses.

WONDERING - have any MFP people ever tried one of those like cucumber/citrus infused water fat flushes??????? - you know, the drink thing - the ones you make yourself at home...i am NOT planning on doing the fat flush alone....I NEED FOOD! lol....just want to help kick a few extra pounds off...
