I've had issues with other proteins but Syntrax Nectar gives me no problems, and it says Lactose Free on the Tub.0

I've not had problems with protein shakes in the past. I'd add the powder to water rather than milk, though. I guess it really depends on how sensitive you are. If I had a shaker bottle full of milk+powder, my toilet would know about it.0

are the sunworrier powder good if your looking to gain weight? i cant havy lactose either but want a healthy protien powder not one full of hidden sugars.0
