Really do not want to track

I don't want to track either. I want to lose 42 pounds. The tracking is a means to an end. I track everything I eat, the exercise i do and I weigh every morning. I'll stop the weighing every morning eventually. I'm trying to figure out which of my habits keep me from losing.
I'm learning things about myself by tracking and if I don't want anyone else to see my diary, then I'll close it. Not a big deal. If you don't want to track, no one can make you, but I strongly encourage it.0
