    Thanks so much everyone! I forgot to wear my HRM (duh) when I tried it this week but going to officially start 30 Days next week.
    I've heard such amazing feedback on this program and thought it might give me a boost. I have so many DVDs but this one seems to be most effective. I don't want anything too long because I already do 60 minute walks 4-5 days and yoga 2 days. I follow eating clean and GF but hypothyroid makes results slooowwwww. At least something is finally happening.

    I'm starting the shred today if anyone wants to join me on this start date :) I've done it before but cant seem to get passed the first few days of level 2. You'll need a couple a light hand weights and a mat.

    She also has a newer DVD called Ripped in 30 which is based on the same 3-2-1 method. I've listened to all of her podcasts and she says to take 2 rest days per week while doing these videos 30DS and Ripped in 30).
    JM is the best and you will get great results!!
