    (Picture taken about a month ago, so at 4 1/2 months. Bump doesn't show quite as much as I thought :tongue:)

    Disclaimer: I have been lifting for at least 6 months before pregnancy and have doctor's okay to continue as long as I feel ok!

    I just read this WHOLE THREAD and am overwhelmed by the changes in so many people.

    Here's what I got:

    At the end of May I started working out with a kettle bell. The workouts were about 12 minutes long and I couldn't get through a single one without skipping some stuff or moderating some stuff, and I was drenched in sweat and worn the hell out.

    Now I can complete 2 of the workouts back-to-back with zero moderations and skipping nothing! And I'm pretty damn proud of that.
