No. It's not possible.0

the presense of fat does not determine how healthy something is.
would a bag of fat-free sweets be healthier than an avocado?
no.0 -
Yikes, no. Milk has nutritional value (e.g., protein, calcium), Pepsi has none.0

Only if you drink it with ice and a straw to help balance out the toxins. Consuming too much milk makes you bulky, so pepsi is def better.0

Actually they are both really bad for you. Avoid both, drink some water or some tea.

As absurd as it sounds, its not a terrible question.
Just looking at the nutrition facts between 2% milk and Pepsi indicates that they are about on even ground as far as calories. Pepsi has more sugar carbs. Milk has more cholesterol, sodium, and saturated fat. Milk has added calcium and vitamins which can be beneficial. This is not to say that either is good or bad, but if you're going to spend a couple hundred calories on a drink, at least Milk has a little nutrition. You're probably better off sticking with low calorie drink or water in general...0 -

In my mind .. pop is one of the worst things you can put into your body, yes even the diet pops. I used to be a Diet Pepsi drinker .. and it was not really healthy. So I have stopped all the pop .. and making progress. You can too .. if you drop the whole pop thing.
Pop = just bad news.0 -
Both are rank.
Water is the way to go.
(closely followed by wine of course!)0 -

There is no need to completely stop all pop. While this might work for you, it isn't particularly unhealthy to drink a (diet) soda every once in a while...0 -
Pepsi is not healthier than milk. Just because Pepsi apparently hes less fat than Milk, does not make it healthier. Fat is not bad. Also, milk has lots of other nutrients in it. That's why animals feed milk to their babies, not pepsi, lol.0

No, but depending on your perspective they can both be viewed as unhealthy, as milk is full of crap these days too.0
