    Not yet but i know of people using the Adli brand Slim and Trim to loose weight. Just wondering if Whey protien would do the same?

    Protein shakes are NOT the same thing as meal replacement shakes.

    There are 3 macros....not one. Protein, fat, and carbs. These all have their own functions. Fiber is also important for your colon health.

    Yes, a high protein liquid meal replacement. Through my local hospital, by prescription, monitored weekly by physician. Very effective.

    No - "MEAL REPLACEMENT"......not what OP is suggesting at all. He's suggesting liquid whey.
