What would you buy if you were a millionaire?

If I were a millionaire, I would get a mansion, a 2013 Viper, a private ice rink just for me, and I would open my own animal sanctuary. What would you do?

Pay off my debts, pay for the rest of my school, put a down payment on a nice house and invest the rest.

not allowed to say lol..bugger that. A French boyfriend and girlfriend. Lots of champagne, a big pool and chefs feeding us in the pool. A big screen with decent porn. yes that.
  • A million dollars doesn't buy all that much today. In what will probably win the Most Boring Answer award, if I won a million dollars I'd invest it for retirement.

If I were flat out rich, that's a whole new story. ;-)

My biggest dream is to have a housekeeper to do all domestic related stuff because I'm terrible at it and hate doing it. And though my house is already big enough, I would LOVE to remodel my bathrooms and my kitchen. After all, my imaginary housekeeper deserves nothing but the best!

I'd probably buy a fairly decent house & a couple of other properties to rent out. Failing that stick it in the bank & collect on the annual interest. Unfortunately a million won't set you up for life in pretty much most countries.

Maybe a nice Chesterfield or an ottoman.
  • Half a million two dollar bills. Directly from the treasury website because they come in sheets and they are perforated. That way when I tip people ill take out this sheet and tear them off a piece. They will call the police/seceret service and many laughs will be had by all.

I would pay off my bills and finish paying for nursing school. The rest I would just save for a rainy day.

Give it all to a charity organisation/s particularly to orphans in third world countries and animals too!

Oh and keep a million for expenses for the rest of my life hehe.

Already headed there with my business. But when I do, I'd take a nice vacation and pay for my wife's mommy takeover, set a lot aside for my daughter's education and save the rest for retirement.

I would get someone to finish doing up my house for me instead of having to do it myself. And then I would furnish it with with stuff NOT from IKEA :)

Well a million isn't actually enough that you could waste any of it- if one were a multi-millionaire, one could consider throwing a bit down the drain. Like holidays and designer shoes, expensive gadgets that you don't need etc

  • Buy some land with a forest and invest.
  • Buy a house, take a course to become an Optician, put some of it in two high interest savings accounts (one for charity purposes), travel...

I would give to Shriners Children Hospitals (they gave me several free surgeries as a child) and St Judes. Then I also would open my own animal sanctuary. I would buy my mom a house and pay off my parent-in-laws' house. and put aside funds for my 4 god-daughters and 2 nephews for college. Then I would buy a nice house in the country and force my husband to quit his job because it's dangerous. :)

I love this sort of day-dreaming.

If I had the money, 3 - 17 year olds need funding.
3 Master degrees to pay for £36,000 plus food and lodgings each.
    3 cars plus driving lessons.
3 deposits for their own homes at the end.

Then the rest is mine for now.
