Great job, what was your diet like?
2400 calories per day, Macros 40/40/20. Daily Calorie deficit 300-400. I basically used the Insanity macros and a light calories deficit as i didn't have a lot of fat to lose and i wanted to keep the maximum of my muscle mass.0 -
