    Great job, what was your diet like?

    2400 calories per day, Macros 40/40/20. Daily Calorie deficit 300-400. I basically used the Insanity macros and a light calories deficit as i didn't have a lot of fat to lose and i wanted to keep the maximum of my muscle mass.

    Loved the Beta phase, Gamma is even better!
    Cant wait to start Gamma!I am on week 3 of Beta, love the weights!

    10pounds up to 25 pounds. You don't need a lot as you are doing lot of reps.
