Well, you've got me on the pushups. I'm 54 and used to do 1000 push ups a workout three times a week. Now I just do 500 push ups 2 to 3 times a week. Better than lifting weights anytime in my opinion0

Hello and welcome! I am 59...I have been logging over a year. Lately, the last two month actually, I have gained the 5 pounds I had lost and the 7 pounds I had lost before joining MFP back.
