Completed 111.59 miles out of 100 miles...I went back out last night to work on my speed. My app says 2.49 miles, but I started that app after I started running, so, I'll just say 2.5 miles.
10/13: 11.52 miles (3.14-mile run, .31-mile walk, 5.57-mile bike ride, and 2.5-mile run)
10/11: 6.71 miles (6.51-mile bike ride and .20-mile run on treadmill)
10/10: 15.79 miles (4.00-mile run, 5.07-mile bike ride, 3.12- mile run, .56-mile walk, 3.04-mile bike ride)
10/09: 10.46 miles (10.06-mile bike ride and .4-mile walk)
10/08: 11.89 miles (8.97-mile bike ride and 2.92-mile run)
