oh i am so pissed at myself! on wednesday i fell off my bike and really hurt my left knee. the e.r. did a x-ray and nothing is broken, but i have to wrap it and ice and elevate and stay off of it for a week. ugh!!!
so on tuesday and wednesday i am going back to the gym and going to swim laps to at least get some exercise in. friday i hope to get back to the treadmill and aquacise.
so i might not make my goal of 12 miles this month, but i bet i still make last month's goal of 8 miles again.0 -

Ouch! Hope you heal quickly. Don't push it to far. Knees can be pretty delicate when they are injured. Heal fast! :flowerforyou:0 -

I love that you're not letting it keep you down in mind and most of all, NOT SPIRIT, because you're finding ways to work around it and still get some exercise in! That is a fantastic attitude there, Jackie!! And you know what? I am not the least bit worried about you hitting your goal...I bet you still make it! :flowerforyou:
@JULIEANN72 - Hope your knee is doing better now! I have been having some nagging knee pain lately too and know it's not much fun.
Time for me to get myself to the gym so I can keep up with all of you!!! There are some real @ss movers around this place!!!
