Alright party people, this is a bit difficult because I haven't been able to measure any distances, so these are just rough (and fairly conservative) estimates based on my usual walking/running speed:
02/10: 3.5 miles (running + walking)
04/10: 4 miles (running + walking)
08/10: 4 miles (running + walking)
09/10: 3.5 miles (running + walking)
(2 weeks of partying with my friends)
22/10: 2 miles (walking)
23/10: 2 miles (walking)
24/10: 2 miles (walking)
Total: 21 miles
Goal: 30 miles0 -
22nd: 6.6m (.894 elliptical, 1.746 treadmill, 3.96 walking to town and back, twice)
23rd: 4.63 m (visit to physio and a walk in an urban woodland)
Total: 154.84 m
To go: 0 miles
+ 34.84 m
Target: 120 miles
Went to see the physio yesterday about my recurring right leg injuries. The good news is that it would appear that both legs are the same length. My hips also seem to be aligned OK. But I might have a shoulder problem that gives me a rolling gait when I run. Further appointments may provide clarity. At least the process has started.
More good news is that I can run on the "dreadmill", but NO road running for the time being.0 -

I know the rules but...
LOOKING FOR SIMPLICITY-Met goal but looking for a another perspective
Today was a slack day by not my choosing. I think I hit a wall on my reduced healthy diet as I was momentary disoriented after my 500 a.m. workout and a bump on my head by the floor.
Question : I’m still a greenhorn to MFP (08/1203), but no stranger to fitness and have been in some of the most inhospitable terrain before in life. . I just cannot find it my psych to eat back calories. I often have negative numbers after exercise), and this cannot be healthy. I trust you in (move challenge individuals) in this rather than others posting in the general discussion which I will not do.
It is open (profile) to all for 24 hours to give honest advice without question. PM’s welcome.
