So I was able to get in my run on Monday before this crazy week took over! I ran 3.15 miles and PR'd again on my 5K on the treadmill. I have my first official timed race on Saturday (I have not run an official timed race in since JULY!!! EEEKKKK!!!
PS I have also change my mileage goal from 70 to 50 because I believe I was over confident in myself before looking at my schedule. And my plan is to stay at 50 miles per month until I am consistently able to beat that goal!!
