So to answer the oft asked, what should count as water. The answer should be Paleo water and only Paleo water

    I drink 8-10 glasses of filtered water a day (filtered through frig at home, bottled at work), and I even drink tap water at times, and it's all pretty much free to me. Why would I drink paleo water when regular water does everything I need?
