I had the Egg White Delight muffin. Was pretty awesome. And a hashbrown of course!0

I regularly have In N Out- single cheesburger, animal style, 480 calories. I've done away with the shake and fries though.
As for the earlier question, a Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel at McD's is 680 calories.0 -
I see you had a McDouble--tasty sandwich, for sure.
Might I suggest a McDouble Down? I had one the other night, ~570 calories, 36 grams of protein, incredibly satisfying.

I had one of these on Friday, but I used the spicy McChicken. It was amazing!0 -
Folks all food is fine as long as its within your allowance "No big deal"!0

Mcd's burgers are amazing but nothing can compare to a nice homemade burger mm!0

I used to love a Big Mac hold the lettuce and fries dipped in BBQ sauce. Mmmm.0

I like the new grilled chicken wrap. Those are not too bad for ya...0

I usually do okay with McDonald's, but that's because all I ever want are their decadent salads and yogurt parfaits. ^_^ I've always hated ground beef and cheap meats in general. Probably why it felt SO easy to become a vegetarian.0

I'm sure the horse heart eating Dothraki would totes approve :glasses:0 -
I'm going to have A & W ....loaded teen burger with large fries. And I will regret nothing.0

A nice Mccancer burger, as a treat?
I could think of other better (yet still unhealthy) foods to splash out on as a treat!0 -

So this post is about confessions. I confess to adoring McD's steak, egg and cheese bagel!
Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel FTW.
I never have it though because with a hash brown and diet coke, it still adds up to about 780 calories. I have not had one in ages... Maybe the next time I eat breakfast outside of home!0 -

I had a blow out the other day, chicken legend, large fries, large fanta and dairy milk flurry. And it was FREE  it was delicious, didn't fit in my day and I don't care.0
