Do you spoil yourself on your birthday? :)

I don't plan on indulging with food on my birthday... that's what got me into this mess! Sure, you can say "in moderation" and "it's only one day".... but then there's your husband's bday, your kids bday, mother's day, christmas, thanksgiving, easter, flag day... there are all sorts of reasons to cheat and eat crap.
My husband's birthday was last week, and I made him some cookies that only had 78 calories each. We each had 2 of them the day of his birthday, and a couple the day before/after. We didn't blow our calories those days, just included them as part of the meal.
There are a lot of ways to "treat" yourself without food, and even with food there are healthy ways to do it!0
