I absolutely know what you mean. I lost 30lbs before I joined this site and have lost another 8 while here. I was looking through the last of my moving boxes this weekend and found a picture of me from 2 years ago and I was SHOCKED!
I couldn't believe how much I have changed! My face actually has a shape lol it's not rounded off anymore with the ridiculous amount of chins I had. And seeing it made me feel aweful and GREAT at the same time. Aweful because I never want to be that way again and Great because I feel better, look better and it's just pushing me to keep going. I'm nearly half way through my target and it feels excellent.
You look excellent and your story is so great and inspiring, keep it up, spread the word and inspire others to keep going too.0
