I like Herbalife, too. They are sooooo easy. But, as it gets really cold here, So it is hard to have shakes when you are walking through 8 inches of snow.
But CONGRATS to you for what you have done so far. Here's to hoping you reach your new goal!!0 -
Thank you everyone for the complements!! I weight 257 now and my goal is to hit anywhere between 180-200 muscular build.I do have a friend who is certified as a trainer helping me and keeping me motivated in the gym which helps me out tremendously.0

I love Herbalife too but I do not want to be completely dependent on it. I think Herbalife has done its job with me when I lost around 40-50 pounds with no exercise. I am still doing it now but I am not seeing the results like I once did when I started out with Herbalife which is why I am slowly easing my dependence on it so that I don't gain all the weight back by just stopping completely. I believe my body is at the point where it is used to Herbalife so I am going to start eating clean.0

Congratulations on your accomplishment, Jalvare!
Please check with your Herbalife distributor
about how the company recommends making a transition
to "Maintenance" after losing a large amount of weight.
I'm glad you're working with a trainer.
Best Wishes!0 -

the dependency thing is what makes me wary of shake-diets, but it sounds like you're taking all the right steps to avoid that bounce back or whatever. no matter how you got there, you are doing amazing. congratulations and good luck in your journey0

I am proud to say I have lost 88 pounds so far and I am aiming for 100 pounds or more lost by December. The most I have ever
weighted was 345 pounds and I now weight 257 pounds. One diet plan that I have followed that help me out tremendously is
Herbalife. I know this company is not popular right now in the news but I do stand by this product as a START when trying to
lose weight. I am slowly easing off of Herbalife because even though I have lost weight with it, my body is so accustomed to the
constant drinking of the shakes that I can gain weight by not staying on the diet so be careful if you slow want to ease off the
plan if you choose to do it. I am slowly easing off Herbalife towards more solid healthy food and I have been weight training
everyday at the gym which should help me not gain the weight back. If anyone can send me a sample of there meal plan I
would gratefully appreciate it. Here are my pics as promised!!
Me at my biggest which is 345 pounds (I know I look mad haha) :explode:
