Good Morning All,

I just started Dr. Emma's Hcg diet. Today is my second day of it and tommorrow is the first day of low cal diet. Curious if any one on it and if so how did you eat on the first two days?

Unhealthy, don't do it. I have a young uncle that has now had 2 heart attacks and is permanently disabled from hcg. He followed the instructions perfectly and was monitored by a 'doctor' the whole time. I hope that quack has lost his license.

I would love to know what legitimate doctor would actually recommend someone partaking in this diet. It is one of the most unhealthy things you could do to your body.

Ohhhhh... just looked it up, don't think I like the idea of this- pregnant womans pee - drink? I so don't think so!
Don't do it!! Or anything else that means taking hormones to lose weight- GROSS!

Quit killing yourself to make it happen. It's just not necessary.

I think it might be a good idea for you to seek a professional because a month ago you were seeking advice about binge eating. You were eating 600 calories per day, exercising for 3 hours after a binge and scared to gain weight.
