My MIL suckered me in to helping her move/unpack. I wish I had my HRM on cause I was moving and grooving and sweating up a storm. At least I got a good workout in!

anyone up for using the c25k as our challenge this week? You can pick the week you want to do if it was week one or week 9 it doesn't matter. I know some don't like to walk or jog so let us know if this is a good challenge or not for everyone.

Found out, I'm going to the New Kids on the Block Cruise in May 2011 and am going to step up my routine. Hence why the bikini picture. I needed motivation to move my core.

Any one have suggestions with good core moves?

Along with my workouts, I'm going to be taking a deep water workout class at the community center starting this week.

Can't wait for next weeks Challenge. Suggestion: Track our protein intake. I seem to be lacking.

    Hugs all.:smooched:

Well my plans of working out today were put on hold due to me waking up SO sore from helping my MIL move/unpack. And my abs are killing me from ab class on Saturday, but I guess that's a good thing. I'm trying to flatten this mess out so I'm going to try and work on them 3-4 times a week. Any one have any tips/pointers for me????

I'm down with a C25K challenge if every one else is!
