    I think you misunderstood. The meme is about literal interpretations and how they can lead to misunderstanding the message. In this case, believing that, say, mailmen should LITERALLY be immortal because they walk all day, is as silly as someone believing that Moses LITERALLY parted the Red Sea.

    Also, no-one claims walking every day makes you immortal.... they say walking every day is good for your health, and when I worked as a mailman (woman), I was extremely fit from it.

    I'll just lift my house every day and live for 100+ years like a tortoise :drinker:
