That question is stated weird.

But pigs aren't vegan. (if I understood the question)

Pigs aren't really fat. They're just big boned and short with unfortunately inadequate leg length. This causes their weight to distribute poorly.

I could be wrong, but I believe not. Seems they have to be one or the other. Otherwise, it confuses the cholesterol prediction charts which in turn screws up the heart attack risk.
