    You are doing great! Not only does the fit of your sweater show improvement, but look at your posture - I see confidence and motivation in the photo on the right! That is great that you have a supportive husband - that will help you immensely! All the best to you on this journey.     So three weeks in, between my husbands support of doing this with me and cutting out all pasta and most bread,green smoothies, no surgary foods other than fruits,and walking 2 to 3 miles a day and gym twice a week we feel awesome. I never notice weightloss much so I'm big on progress pictures..I noticed I was wearing the same sweater as I was in the picture I took my first day of starting this life change adventure. I cringe when I look at it, but then I see what I accomplished in less than a month and it makes me excited for the future. I can't explain how greatful and proud I am of my husband, because I don't think I could have done it without him..btw hes down 10lbs!

    September 27th and currently October 14....13lbs down

    That is AWESOME! Even when it hangs on you, keep that sweater. Put it on and take a picture monthly. I do that with several tops
