call me what you will but, I go sleeveless quite a bit during the summer...I'm hot natured. But, in the gym I definitely go sleeveless on my bicep/tricep days. There are bigger guys in the gym but, I want to see the muscle work. Good thing I don't do that for glutes I suppose. lol

I wore sleeveless for the first 2 months after the shoulder surgery. It was about the only way I could get a shirt on/off without help.

I was legitimately curious about this, regarding gym etiquette. I prefer to go sleeveless in the gym. I workout in the fitness center provided by my office, so it is usually fairly empty. No one has complained, but I don't see many other guys going sleeveless. Oh well, for now it's sun's out, guns out.

I go either sleeveless or with a tank-top. It more comfortable to me.

I dont have a problem with it. on the males...as a female i would just be happy if i could feel confident enough to wear just a sports bra with out a tank over it like some do.

I went shirtless one time in my home gym. I haven't done it since because it was just too gross to lay in sweat against vinyl while I was benching.

I personally think the majority of the guys who wear them don't have the shoulders or arms to pull it off.

i can tell you for a fact i dont.
i do enjoy the comfort and freedom though.

also, how else would i be able to do this...

I get really warm when I lift so I'll take all the natural AC I can get. Plus, with upper body workouts my sleeves end-up bunch up at the top on my shoulders and it's pretty annoying to have to constantly pull my sleeves back down, might as well just cut them off.

I don't mind looking at sleeveless, but I actually like when the arms of a t-shirt are close fitting... draws my attention like shiny things... (and I like if it's sweaty -tells me he's actually working)

It's obvious that all men who wear sleeveless shirts are sl*ts who have no self confidence. You are all fake and out to steal our boyfriends.

I am better than you because I wear sleeves
