Add me if you wish.. I have been faithfully at this since April of this year.... It does work if you log everything in.
Plus exercise is a must...I'm a 63 years old retired man. I started out at 223lbs. in April, today I am 165lbs.
Eat only healthy food!! Nothing processed. Drink a lot of water.. Stay Focused...
I feel so much better!!! At first it was hard to walk, now I can run.
Set your goal and stick with it..

Don't get caught up in how many consecutive days that you log in. It's not that big of a deal and you'll be disappointed when you forget to log in one day and ruin your streak.0
