    Last night:
    Oven-roasted butternut squash
    Grilled chicken
    Quinoa with vodka sauce

    Tonight:
    Spinach salad with feta, walnuts, apples, chicken, and poppyseed dressing

    Tomorrow:
    Whole grain pasta with tomato sauce
    Shrimp, mushrooms broccoli and garlic pan-sauteed in EVOO

    Saturday:
    Healthy Pizza - whole wheat naan bread with tomato sauce, roasted onions and peppers, chicken, and part skim cheese

    I tend to plan my dinners in advance... I hope this gives you some ideas! ^_^

    Weird mixture: I had a box of frozen veg (brussels sprouts, carrots, sugar snap peas in creamy sauce) and mixed that with haggis from a tin (thre horror!). It was really nice.

    Yes, that's right. MAKE ROOM FOR THE TUNA! *nom nom nom*

    Tonight, I will have either a hamburger or miso soup and rice...not sure yet.


    ETA: Or I might have cat rice - which is rice mixed with tuna, a little bit of mayo and either gohan deshyo, soy sauce, or memmi soup base :bigsmile:
