    I came back to mfp right on time! I'd like to join! I did this for 30 days straight in 2012 and lost around 12 lbs and inches. I curse her out a lot but she does get results!

    Last nite i did day 5 level 1 even after several days off I cud tell a big difference in my endurance level. I am still looking at giving myself a few extra days on level 1. Plans this afternoon to do it again. I am actually looking forward to it today and not so much dreading it. To all those beginning. Push through the soreness you will have the first few days. It will get better.
