BMI can be such nonsense. I have to believe your body fat percentage would be in the healthy range. If you want to lose a few more pounds for your goals, great, but I wouldn't be a slave to BMI in the absence of a body compoosition test.

I hear what you're saying.I would love to get my body fat accurately measured. At the gym we have a scale where you hold on to two handles and its supposed to measure weight height and body fat. It said my body fat was 30% but I'm not sure how accurate this type of machine is or what is the best way to be measured. I kinda assume it will be about right though.0 -
